Methodical diagnostics in the context of the whole machine.
Leaks, pressures, movement speeds, pipe and hose condition, sensors, filters, valves, pumps and fluids are checked.
Pressure drops and unstable operation can cause jams, stops in difficult positions or faults during automatic or manual tool changes. The problem therefore has to be analysed together with the machine control sequence.
